About me
I was born in Nottingham and spent most of my life in Nottingham. My husband is a native Cumbernauldian and five years ago we decided to move to Scotland. I live in Twechar with my husband and our son.
Before starting my journey into driving instruction, I have spent my time in customer service and management. I love meeting new people and I always want to try and help. I’m a good communicator with a bubbly personality and I will make our sessions fun and productive.
I have always wanted to be a teacher so, over 10 years ago I taught my sister to drive alongside her driving instructor and later I did the same with my husband, who thankfully passed his driving test 5 days before our wedding! Since then, I have always thought about being a driving instructor and in 2025, I decided that it was the right time to make the change. I was fortunate enough to come across LDC when looking into companies to train and I find that the LD system of tuition suits many different types of learners and enables us to keep a track of each of my learners’ progress.
When I am not giving driving lessons, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. We just let the weekend take us wherever it does (as long as it is after our son’s football matches
